My name is Bon Pagna, but most people call me Bon- it’s simply easier to say! I was born and raised in Siem Reap, a city rich in history and culture.

After finishing high school in 2003, I began my career as a restaurant water before transitioning to hotel reception from 2007 to 2012. Those years taught me the essence of hospitality and deepened my passion for creating memorable experiences for visitors.

In mid-2012, I embarked on a new journey as tour guide, sharing the wonders of Siem Reap with travelers from around the world. By late 2012, I formed a small team, like-minded friends and professional drivers- to offer private guided tours that deliver immersive and personalized experiences.

Then came 2019. The COVID crisis forced us to pause, and each of us ventured into different paths. Now, in 2025, I am ready bring our service back to once again share the beauty, history, and hidden gems of Siem Reap with travelers who seek authentic and unforgettable journeys.
